	Naila Aslam, O.D. Naila Aslam, O.D. is a member of the Excellent Vision Eye and Laser Center clinical care team where she provides LASIK patient care as well as general optometric care including comprehensive eye examinations, diagnostic evaluations for eye disease including glaucoma and cataracts, and perioperative care for cataract surgery. She is a Board Certified Optometrist in New Hampshire, Maine, New York, Texas and California. Dr. Aslam received her Doctorate of Optometry from New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts where she was awarded the William Barrett Memorial Scholarship for excellence in clinical eyecare. She completed her clinical training by attending externships with Barnet-Dulaney Omni Eye Center in Phoenix, Arizona, Brighton Marine Public Health Center and Dorchester House Multi-Service Health Center in greater Boston. 	Richard Lasonde, M.D. Richard Lasonde, M.D. is the Founder of Northeast Corneal Consultants and Excellent Vision Eye & Laser Center in the Portsmouth, New Hampshire where he provides LASIK, Custom Wavefront LASIK, Lens Replacement Surgery with ReSTOR, monovision LASIK Eye Surgery and other types of Laser Eye Surgery. Dr. Lasonde received his Medical Degree at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire and completed his Residency in Ophthalmology at the Cornell University-North Shore Medical Center. In addition Dr. Lasonde completed a Fellowship in Corneal and External Diseases at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Lasonde has been serving the medical and surgical eyecare needs of patients in New Hampshire for over 10 years. Dr. Lasonde has been providing Laser Eye Surgery with the Excimer Laser for the correction of nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism since its FDA approval. 	Karen Nipper, M.D. Karen Nipper, M.D. is a LASIK surgeon at Excellent Vision Eye & Laser Center in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Dr. Nipper received her Medical Degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed a Residency in Ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In addition, Dr. Nipper attended a Fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery providing her with specialized training and experience in non surgical aesthetic treatments such as Botox Cosmetic and Restylane injections as well as aesthetic eyelid surgery to help patients restore and maintain a youthful appearance. She is the New Hampshire Seacoast's only aesthetic eye surgeon. Dr. Nipper has both published and presented papers on LASIK complications seen in her clinical care of LASIK patients. Drs.
